Once the contract is signed, Velero Decks will develop detailed plans tailored to your project and submit them to the county for approval. We’ll handle all interactions with the county to secure the necessary building permits, ensuring compliance with local regulations. Construction will commence only after all permits have been obtained, providing a smooth and efficient start to your project. How long will it take you build my deck?
The timeline for building a deck depends on several factors, including the deck’s size, complexity, and the design features selected. Additional elements, such as county inspections, material availability, and weather conditions, can also significantly impact the construction schedule.
As a general guideline, a deck approximately 300 square feet in size, featuring 14 steps leading to the backyard, typically takes about seven working days to complete under optimal conditions. However, this estimate may vary based on customization options, unforeseen challenges, or inspection schedules.
