A custom staircase with two landings provides easy access to the yard, while cocktail railings topped with matching Salt Flat boards create a clean, finished aesthetic. This project features an open deck constructed with TimberTech Advanced PVC, offering durability and a sleek finish. The deck is surrounded by TimberTech Impression Railings, topped with cocktail boards for a polished look and functional ledge. Beneath the deck, a storage room was created with poured concrete, adding both utility and space efficiency. The design is enhanced with a clean, lattice trim around the base and stairs leading down to the yard.

This sunroom features a striking glass roof and expansive windows that allow abundant natural light to flood the space, offering panoramic views of the outdoors. The interior is finished with durable luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, creating a modern and comfortable environment. Outside, a small open deck extends from the sunroom, perfect for transitioning to the outdoor living space. Below the sunroom, there is a flagstone patio, providing additional livable space for relaxing or entertaining.
Hartland in Aldie

This project features a spacious screened porch and open deck built with Trex Transcend Lineage decking in the color Island Mist, offering both outdoor and protected living spaces. Below, a custom paver patio sits on a concrete base, complemented by a sitting wall faced with natural stone for added seating and visual appeal. The lower level includes a hot tub installation, complete with wiring neatly concealed beneath the patio. The design seamlessly blends multiple outdoor areas, creating a cohesive and functional backyard retreat.

We created this shed-style screened porch using Trex Select decking boards for a sleek, modern look. The simple, sloping roof complements the home’s design while providing ample protection from the elements. Decorative arches add a unique architectural touch, enhancing the overall aesthetic. We transformed this deck into a cozy, screened-in area by installing large, versatile windows. Partnering with Turnkey Porch Enclosures in Richmond, VA, we selected windows that slide up and down, giving flexibility to let in a breeze or keep warmth inside, depending on the season. This allows the room to be enjoyed year-round, making it a perfect multi-season extension of the home. Our approach ensures that the enclosure integrates smoothly with the existing design, providing both function and aesthetic appeal.
Sterling
Project Year: 2024
This project built in the Montebello by Del Webb community features a screened porch and an open deck, constructed with TimberTech Reserve decking in "Reclaimed Chestnut." The porch is enclosed with large screens and a peaked roof, offering a cozy, sheltered environment. Adjacent to it, the open deck includes modern black railings and white framing, enhancing its elegant design. Below the deck, a stamped concrete patio provides additional space for outdoor activities. The entire structure harmonizes well with the blue gray siding of the house, creating an attractive suburban outdoor living area.
