This project features an open deck constructed with TimberTech Advanced PVC, offering durability and a sleek finish. The deck is surrounded by TimberTech Impression Railings, topped with cocktail boards for a polished look and functional ledge. Beneath the deck, a storage room was created with poured concrete, adding both utility and space efficiency. The design is enhanced with a clean, lattice trim around the base and stairs leading down to the yard.

This Trex Transcend deck in Spiced Rum has a rich and warm color resembling aged hardwood. It features a spacious design with stairs leading to the yard. This deck is nearly 1000 square feet that elegantly wraps around the back of the house. A highlight of the design is the intricately crafted round gazebo, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship.
