This patio, constructed with modern Techo-Bloc pavers, showcases a contemporary design that seamlessly blends style and functionality. The pavers, known for their high-quality and aesthetic appeal, create a sleek and durable surface perfect for outdoor activities and gatherings. One of the standout features of this patio is the curved area, which adds a dynamic and visually appealing element to the space. Wrapping around this curved section is a beautifully crafted sitting wall, providing both additional seating and a sense of enclosure.

Elegant TimberTech Deck with Modern Cable Railings and Stone Accents

Project Year: 2024

Deck constructed with TimberTech Legacy boards, known for their durability and natural wood-like appearance. The sleek cable railings not only add a modern touch to the design but also offer unobstructed views of the surrounding landscape, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal. Steps lead down to a beautifully crafted stone patio, creating a harmonious transition from the elevated deck to the lower garden area.

Elegant Flagstone Patio with Seating

Project Year: 2024

This expansive patio, crafted from Pennsylvania Variegated flagstone, features a long sitting wall with chocolate gray stone veneer and flagstone steps coming out of the back door. Embedded LED lights along the wall provide ambient evening illumination. Comfortable outdoor furniture and a central fire pit create inviting spaces for relaxation and gatherings. This patio blends elegance and practicality, perfect for both intimate family moments and social events.

Beacon Hill

Project Year: 2023

This expansive patio, spanning nearly 2,500 square feet, is elegantly constructed with sleek porcelain tiles, offering a modern and luxurious outdoor space. A dedicated bar area, featuring prefinished wood paneling on both the walls and ceiling, adds a touch of rustic sophistication. Underneath the deck, recessed lighting and a ceiling fan create a comfortable and well-lit environment for evening gatherings.

Flagstone Walking Path Bordered by River Rock

Project Year: 2023

A beautifully crafted flagstone walking path, bordered by smooth river rocks, leads from the existing deck and patio to the hot tub, creating a charming and functional transition. Landscape lighting along the path illuminates the way, adding both safety and a touch of enchantment during the evening hours. At the hot tub, movable stairs have been installed for easy access and flexibility. Additionally, string lights have been strung up on the patio, enhancing the ambiance with a warm, inviting glow. No job is too small for us; we take pride in handling all projects with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Beautifully designed outdoor living space that features a screened porch and an open deck, seamlessly integrated into the back of the house. The screened porch, with its high gable roof, provides a comfortable, insect-free area perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while allowing for an unobstructed view of the surroundings. Adjacent to the porch, the open deck offers additional seating space, ideal for enjoying sunny days. Steps lead down from the deck to a patio area, framed by natural stone pavers that blend harmoniously with the landscaped yard, creating a cohesive and inviting outdoor environment.

Trex Pebble Grey Screened Porch and Stamped Concrete Patio

This inviting screened porch features sophisticated Trex Select Pebble Grey decking, complemented by a striking Winchester Grey picture frame border. Inside, the cozy space is equipped with a TV, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A small stamped concrete patio nearby provides an additional area for relaxation or casual gatherings.

Beautifully constructed screened porch and adjoining deck, featuring elegant IPE wood decking. The porch, elevated and supported by sturdy white columns, provides a cozy and protected outdoor living space perfect for enjoying fresh air without the intrusion of insects. The screened walls and high gable roof allow for ample natural light and ventilation, while the interior ceiling reveals a charming, natural wood finish. The use of IPE wood, known for its durability and rich appearance, ensures the deck remains a stunning and long-lasting feature.

Trex Rocky Harbor Composite Deck

Project Year: 2023

This deck is a basic yet functional and sizable outdoor living space, ideal for everyday use and gatherings. Its long staircase features LED lights on the risers, enhancing safety and adding a touch of modern elegance.

Shed Style Screen Porch Installed on Existing Deck

Belmont Country Club

Project Year: 2023

This shed-style screened porch, installed on an existing deck, combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. Working closely with the county, additional support was added to the existing frame to ensure it could bear the weight of the new roof. Inside, the ceiling features a pitched design, creating a higher, more spacious feel.

Wrap-Around Deck with Round Gazebo

Purcellville

Project Year: 2023

This deck is nearly 1000 square feet that elegantly wraps around the back of the house. A highlight of the design is the intricately crafted round gazebo, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. The deck is constructed using Moisture Shield decking in the color Catalina, offering durability and a pleasing aesthetic. LED lights are installed on the post caps, adding a modern touch and enhancing the ambiance. Additionally, there is a practical storage area beneath part of the deck, maximizing functionality. The setting is complemented by a serene, expansive view of the surrounding landscape in rural Purcellville.

This large deck is designed for both relaxation and entertainment, featuring stylish cocktail railings that add a functional flair. The cocktail railings, with their flat, wide top surfaces, provide a convenient spot for placing drinks, snacks, or decor, enhancing the deck's usability during gatherings. The expansive space offers ample room for outdoor furniture, making it perfect for hosting parties or enjoying family time.
