Working closely with the county, additional support was added to the existing frame to ensure it could bear the weight of the new roof. Inside, the ceiling features a pitched design, creating a higher, more spacious feel.

This deck is nearly 1000 square feet that elegantly wraps around the back of the house. A highlight of the design is the intricately crafted round gazebo, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship. The deck is constructed using Moisture Shield decking in the color Catalina, offering durability and a pleasing aesthetic. LED lights are installed on the post caps, adding a modern touch and enhancing the ambiance. Additionally, there is a practical storage area beneath part of the deck, maximizing functionality.
