Screened Porch with Peaked Roof

Sterling

Project Year: 2024

This project built in the Montebello by Del Webb community features a screened porch and an open deck, constructed with TimberTech Reserve decking in "Reclaimed Chestnut." The porch is enclosed with large screens and a peaked roof, offering a cozy, sheltered environment. Adjacent to it, the open deck includes modern black railings and white framing, enhancing its elegant design. Below the deck, a stamped concrete patio provides additional space for outdoor activities. The entire structure harmonizes well with the blue gray siding of the house, creating an attractive suburban outdoor living area.

Double Deck Screened Porch with Vinyl Windows

McLean

Project Year: 2024

This stunning double-deck project in McLean, VA, features an elegant blend of outdoor living spaces. The upper deck flows seamlessly into a beautifully enclosed screen porch equipped with vinyl windows. The windows create a bright, inviting space that lets in natural light while protecting from the elements. The modern railing system with dark accents complements the clean white structural elements and adds a sophisticated touch to the design. A grand staircase connects the upper deck to the ground level, with sturdy columns supporting the upper structure, providing both style and durability. Trex decking and Trex Transcend railings. Versatex PVC columns.

Project Year: 2024

This screened porch features TimberTech Advanced PVC English Walnut decking boards, fascia, and cocktail railings, creating a cohesive and attractive color scheme. It is equipped with TimberTech Impression Railings, adding a sleek and modern touch. The ScreenEze screens have a black trim, providing a striking contrast against the porch's white framework. The elevated design with stairs enhances the outdoor living space, offering a stylish and functional area.

Beautifully designed outdoor living space that features a screened porch and an open deck, seamlessly integrated into the back of the house. The screened porch, with its high gable roof, provides a comfortable, insect-free area perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while allowing for an unobstructed view of the surroundings. Adjacent to the porch, the open deck offers additional seating space, ideal for enjoying sunny days. Steps lead down from the deck to a patio area, framed by natural stone pavers that blend harmoniously with the landscaped yard, creating a cohesive and inviting outdoor environment.

This inviting screened porch features sophisticated Trex Select Pebble Grey decking, complemented by a striking Winchester Grey picture frame border. The porch, elevated and supported by sturdy white columns, provides a cozy and protected outdoor living space perfect for enjoying fresh air without the intrusion of insects. The screened walls and high gable roof allow for ample natural light and ventilation, while the interior ceiling reveals a charming, natural wood finish. The use of IPE wood, known for its durability and rich appearance, ensures the deck remains a stunning and long-lasting feature.

This shed-style screened porch, installed on an existing deck, combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. Working closely with the county, additional support was added to the existing frame to ensure it could bear the weight of the new roof. Inside, the ceiling features a pitched design, creating a higher, more spacious feel.

This deck features multiple levels, including a screened-in portion that offers a comfortable, protected area for outdoor enjoyment.
