This project began with a simple goal: extend the existing deck and create a versatile outdoor living area that works in all seasons. The final design included:

Stone Fireplace: A stunning centerpiece built with natural stone ledger, extending from the ground to the peak of the gable roof. Perfect for cozy evenings outdoors.

Vinyl Window Enclosure: The entire porch was enclosed with high-quality vinyl windows from Turnkey Porch Enclosure, protecting from the elements while keeping natural light and views intact.
Modern Exterior Finish: We removed the home’s original siding and replaced it with durable Hardi-plank concrete panels, painted crisp white for a clean, modern look.
Under-Deck Enhancements
To ensure this outdoor space is as functional as it is beautiful, we installed a Trex RainEscape dry deck system with insulation, keeping the area below dry and comfortable. The underside of the deck was finished with a white soffit ceiling, and every beam and post was wrapped with Azek PVC for a maintenance-free, polished appearance.
Expanded Patio for Entertainment
The existing paver patio was extended to match the new structure, creating a large entertainment zone underneath the deck. This versatile area now provides the homeowners with a shaded space for gatherings, dining, and year-round enjoyment.
