Glass Roof Sunroom

Project Year: 2024

This sunroom features a striking glass roof and expansive windows that allow abundant natural light to flood the space, offering panoramic views of the outdoors. The interior is finished with durable luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, creating a modern and comfortable environment. Outside, a small open deck extends from the sunroom, perfect for transitioning to the outdoor living space. Below the sunroom, there is a flagstone patio, providing additional livable space for relaxing or entertaining.

Hartland in Aldie

Project Year: 2024

This project features a spacious screened porch and open deck built with Trex Transcend Lineage decking in the color Island Mist, offering both outdoor and protected living spaces. Below, a custom paver patio sits on a concrete base, complemented by a sitting wall faced with natural stone for added seating and visual appeal. The lower level includes a hot tub installation, complete with wiring neatly concealed beneath the patio. The design seamlessly blends multiple outdoor areas, creating a cohesive and functional backyard retreat.

Ashburn Village

We created this shed-style screened porch using Trex Select decking boards for a sleek, modern look. The simple, sloping roof complements the home’s design while providing ample protection from the elements. Decorative arches add a unique architectural touch, enhancing the overall aesthetic. This space can be adjusted for seasonal comfort, making it a perfect year-round retreat. The design balances function and beauty, creating an inviting, versatile outdoor space.

Enclosed Room with Vinyl Windows

Dumfries

Project Year: 2024

We transformed this deck into a cozy, screened-in area by installing large, versatile windows. Partnering with Turnkey Porch Enclosures in Richmond, VA, we selected windows that slide up and down, giving flexibility to let in a breeze or keep warmth inside, depending on the season. This allows the room to be enjoyed year-round, making it a perfect multi-season extension of the home. Our approach ensures that the enclosure integrates smoothly with the existing design, providing both function and aesthetic appeal.

Screened Porch with Peaked Roof

Sterling

Project Year: 2024

This project built in the Montebello by Del Webb community features a screened porch and an open deck, constructed with TimberTech Reserve decking in "Reclaimed Chestnut." The porch is enclosed with large screens and a peaked roof, offering a cozy, sheltered environment. Adjacent to it, the open deck includes modern black railings and white framing, enhancing its elegant design. Below the deck, a stamped concrete patio provides additional space for outdoor activities. The entire structure harmonizes well with the blue gray siding of the house, creating an attractive suburban outdoor living area.

This stunning double-deck project in McLean, VA, features an elegant blend of outdoor living spaces. The upper deck flows seamlessly into a beautifully enclosed screen porch equipped with vinyl windows. The windows create a bright, inviting space that lets in natural light while protecting from the elements. The modern railing system with dark accents complements the clean white structural elements and adds a sophisticated touch to the design. A grand staircase connects the upper deck to the ground level, with sturdy columns supporting the upper structure, providing both style and durability. Trex decking and Trex Transcend railings. This screened porch features TimberTech Advanced PVC English Walnut decking boards, fascia, and cocktail railings, creating a cohesive and attractive color scheme. It is equipped with TimberTech Impression Railings, adding a sleek and modern touch. The ScreenEze screens have a black trim, providing a striking contrast against the porch's white framework. The elevated design with stairs enhances the outdoor living space, offering a stylish and functional area.

Beautifully designed outdoor living space that features a screened porch and an open deck, seamlessly integrated into the back of the house. The screened porch, with its high gable roof, provides a comfortable, insect-free area perfect for relaxing or entertaining, while allowing for an unobstructed view of the surroundings. Adjacent to the porch, the open deck offers additional seating space, ideal for enjoying sunny days. Steps lead down from the deck to a patio area, framed by natural stone pavers that blend harmoniously with the landscaped yard, creating a cohesive and inviting outdoor environment.

This inviting screened porch features sophisticated Trex Select Pebble Grey decking, complemented by a striking Winchester Grey picture frame border. Inside, the cozy space is equipped with a TV, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. A small stamped concrete patio nearby provides an additional area for relaxation or casual gatherings.

Beautifully constructed screened porch and adjoining deck, featuring elegant IPE wood decking. The porch, elevated and supported by sturdy white columns, provides a cozy and protected outdoor living space perfect for enjoying fresh air without the intrusion of insects. The screened walls and high gable roof allow for ample natural light and ventilation, while the interior ceiling reveals a charming, natural wood finish. The use of IPE wood, known for its durability and rich appearance, ensures the deck remains a stunning and long-lasting feature.

Belmont Country Club

Project Year: 2023

This shed-style screened porch, installed on an existing deck, combines functionality with aesthetic appeal. Working closely with the county, additional support was added to the existing frame to ensure it could bear the weight of the new roof. Inside, the ceiling features a pitched design, creating a higher, more spacious feel.

This deck features multiple levels, including a screened-in portion that offers a comfortable, protected area for outdoor enjoyment. The screened section is enhanced with skyline windows, allowing an abundance of natural light to filter in, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. The railings are meticulously painted to match the decking, providing a cohesive and harmonious look throughout the space.
